DigitFlow is a specialized company for AI solutions in established system landscapes. Founded in 2021, with customers and projects across the DACH region.
With many providers, a senior person leads the pitch and then juniors take over the project. We do things differently. Armin and Mohamed personally take responsibility for every project. They are the service architects who support your project from the very beginning.
Depending on the requirements, we work with experienced specialists from our network. But architecture responsibility and the understanding of your situation always stay with us. No large overhead, no hierarchy in between.

But in reality, secure and powerful alternatives to US cloud solutions are often missing. Especially now, as AI processes more and more sensitive information, this is a real risk.
We develop custom AI solutions that can be operated entirely within the customer's infrastructure. Without cloud dependency, without lock-in. What we build belongs to the customer.

Who is behind DigitFlow?
Armin comes from IT service management. He gathered years of operational experience in IT service roles before founding DigitFlow. He understands what established IT landscapes look like from the inside because he has worked in them himself. As an ITSM consultant and specialist for Serviceware Processes, he knows how companies actually operate their IT services, not just how they should work according to the textbook.
His role at DigitFlow: He understands the customer's processes and organization and translates that into solutions that truly fit.
