Intelligent Document Analysis
Review documents and contracts in minutes instead of hours
AI-powered document analysis extracts, reviews, and compares what would take weeks manually.
The problem in everyday operations
An audit is coming up, 500 contracts are in five formats
PDFs, scans, emails, some ten years old. Somewhere they contain usage rights, termination periods, price adjustment clauses. A manual full review takes weeks and still leaves gaps.
- Critical clauses are missed Not because of negligence, but because nobody has the capacity to review hundreds of documents page by page. The organization carries the risk in the end.
- Contract knowledge sits with one person Who knows what is in which contract? Usually one person who is currently on vacation. Or who resigned last month.
- This is not just an IT issue Law firms reviewing contracts, procurement departments reviewing supplier contracts, compliance teams handling regulatory requirements. Wherever document volumes grow, risk grows too.
Solutions
What we deliver in practice
We build an AI solution that automatically evaluates documents, finds relevant information, and makes results traceable.
- Read documents automatically
- Contracts, scans, and structured documents become machine-evaluable, even when formats are inconsistent.
- Extract information precisely
- Deadlines, clauses, price changes, or risks are reliably found and prepared for further review.
- Make reviews traceable
- Results include references to the relevant location in the original document and stay on your infrastructure.
In Detail
1 AI Solution, 2 Application Modes
To solve different tasks efficiently, the application can be used in two modes. This gives specialist departments quick answers in individual cases and audit/compliance teams scalable review logic for large volumes.
-
Quick Extract: For individual documents: targeted extraction according to specifications, e.g. termination period, price change, usage rights, access requests.
-
Deep Research: For larger volumes: mass search, comparison of clauses, deviation analysis, and creation of compliance reports.
Customer Success
From practice: 500 contracts, zero audit penalties
A large company manages hundreds of software license contracts worth millions. During annual manufacturer audits, back-billing penalties in the five-figure range per violation were threatened. The different formats made a manual full review impossible.
The Solution
We built an on-premise AI solution that processes all document types via OCR, automatically detects critical clauses, and creates a compliance scoring. Through an audit dashboard, the team always has an overview.
The Result
Complete transparency over all contract contents. Critical violations identified and resolved before the audit. Investment paid for itself in four months.
Current project: Making a contract corpus searchable
A company with a large contract inventory needed a way to make hundreds of contracts searchable and evaluable. DigitFlow is building a RAG pipeline that processes the entire contract corpus and integrates it into SharePoint. Through a custom React interface, employees can ask questions about the documents and receive answers with direct links to the original document in SharePoint. Contract research in seconds instead of hours.
